Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At FaasBay Trading LLP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 10-Day Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Return Policy

  • You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
    • In the original packaging, with all accessories/tags included.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable, this will be clearly mentioned under product details).

2. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement.
  • Once we inspect and approve the returned/damaged item, we will dispatch your replacement product within 7–10 business days.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be offered instead.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note:
    • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
    • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per our payment policy.
    • The nonrefundable COD charge (if paid) and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, as per our Payment Policy.

4. Important Notes

  • All return/refund requests must be initiated through our Customer Support within the 10-day period.
  • Returns without proper communication or authorization from FaasBay may not be processed.
  • Any fraudulent or abusive return activity may result in rejection of the request.
